On Tuesday, Mayor Bowser will participate in the arrival ceremony and viewing of Sterling Tucker, the first elected chairman of the DC Council, who will lie repose at the John A. Wilson Building.
On Wednesday, Mayor Bowser will provide remarks at the opening press conference of the Congressional Bipartisan Historically Black Colleges & Universities Caucus Diversity in Tech Summit at Howard University.
On Thursday, Mayor Bowser will participate in the funeral services for Sterling Tucker. That afternoon, Mayor Bowser will join federal partners to discuss the coordinated effort to address the flow of illegal guns into the District of Columbia.
On Friday, Mayor Bowser will break ground at Bryant Street, a 13-acre development that will deliver nearly 500 apartments and retail space to Ward 5.
