Mayor Bowser Weekly Press Guidance
- On Monday, Mayor Bowser, along with Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development Brian Kenner, will meet with the District’s top employers to discuss strategies for protecting DC’s economy and to launch a new program, Employer Engagement 100, in an effort to proactively engage with and support DC-based businesses.
- On Tuesday, Mayor Bowser will host a Mayor-Council Breakfast to present the Administration’s plan to reduce violent crime
- On Wednesday, Mayor Bowser and Interim DCPS Chancellor Lewis Ferebee will celebrate the opening of a new infant and childcare program at KetchamElementary School in Ward 8.
- On Thursday, Mayor Bowser and the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) will announce the establishment of new Institute of Politics Policy and History (IPPH) to be housed at the University. Later, Mayor Bowser will attend a Ward 3 Democrats meeting.
