(Washington, DC) – Tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1 at 2 pm, Mayor Muriel Bowser will deliver remarks at a meeting of the District’s Interagency Council on Homelessness (ICH). The Mayor will announce a set of legislative and administrative measures to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.
