Mayor Bowser Directs $2.25 Million for COVID-19 Testing Equipment and Meals for DC Seniors

(Washington, DC) – Today, Mayor Muriel Bowser directed $2.25 million of the District’s Contingency Cash Reserve Fund to purchase additional testing equipment and meals for seniors as part of DC’s response to the coronavirus (COVID-19). To date, Mayor Bowser has directed $55.4 million to the District’s COVID-19 response and recovery efforts.
