Mayor Bowser to Cut the Ribbon on Petworth Meditation Garden
Washington, DC – On Sunday, June 24, at 3:30 pm, Mayor Muriel Bowser will celebrate the opening of Petworth Meditation Garden with a ribbon-cutting. The meditation garden is a modernization of a triangle park at Kansas Avenue and Quincy Street, NW in Ward 4.
Following the ceremonial opening, DC Department of Parks and Recreation will hold a quick interactive yoga demonstration in the park.
